Ministers of Kingdom Finance is an initiative on the part of Rock Solid Administrative Services to bring a ministry and business anointing to the marketplace. MKF is able to equip, mentor, and minister through group conferences and personal/business consulting. The sessions provide Biblical knowledge and powerful practical application for Christians who are called to help advance the Kingdom of God through financial empowerment to get wealth in both the marketplace AND ministry.

Mr. Edward Turose, RSAS Board Member and President of Victory Corporate Consulting, directs the Ministers of Kingdom Finance services. In addition to carrying a strong anointing in finances, Mr. Turose has over 25 years in the Fortune 500 business sector. Pastor Jim Sanderbeck, Founder and President of Rock Solid Administrative Services, brings the teaching and administrative anointing along side the business anointing to ensure accountability and excellence to this dynamically anointed resource.

THE THEME
For far too long, most marketplace Christians have not seen themselves as ministers. Looking back in recent history, the Christian community has produced a model where the most accepted form of action is that ministry is left to the care of those who are ministry-trained. If you take a serious look around, you will undoubtedly see that for the most part, church pastors, traveling evangelists, missionaries, etc, care for the spreading of the Gospel and other spiritual matters. The marketplace has not felt the impact of Christ. This condition is not strictly the fault of ministry leaders. Christians, in general, have abdicated their Scriptural role to “take the Gospel…” There has been a lack of “cross-pollination” and it shows in the lack of fruit. Rock Solid Administrative Services does not believe that this condition is what Jesus had in mind when He said, “… this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then the end shall come.” (KJV - italics RSAS) It is time to reach the marketplace!

MAINTAINING THE PRACTICAL APPROACH
Rock Solid Administrative Services brings practical experience to the Church, business community, and service community through a hands-on-approach to administrative issues and services. Ministers of Kingdom Finance now becomes a tangible practical expression of making the spreading of the Gospel of the Kingdom a real experience for everyone—especially those with a financial or marketplace anointing. Certainly, the marketplace is primarily considered a place for businesspersons and entrepreneurs. However, everyone participates in the marketplace. We buy and we sell. We exchange conversation in the marketplace. The marketplace is a touchstone for every man, woman and child. RSAS believes it is time Christians everywhere recognize that trained ministry leaders are never going to get Jesus’ command done alone. The Word of God does not say that pastors alone should preach the Gospel of the Kingdom. The inference is collective; the inference is that the believers are to be a witness and preach the Gospel of the Kingdom. Jesus clearly states in Acts 1:8 that “…you shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.” (NASB – italics RSAS) That was a declaration to those who followed Him—not just leaders. Jesus was constantly in the marketplace mixing with the people. The traditional religious community didn’t like that but it doesn’t change the fact. Paul was a businessman. Peter was a businessman. These men did not restrict their ministry to just the synagogue. They demonstrated and preached the Gospel in the streets, homes, jails, waterways, and any other place they found themselves. It was just in their nature to take the Gospel wherever they happened to be. So it should be with Christians today. Christianity is not a Sunday event. Christianity is a lifestyle to be worn for all to see.

MINISTRY FINANCES
Scriptural truths about finances in the church take on as many expressions as you care to consider. Again, the traditional religious community hesitates at pro-active positions regarding church and ministry finances. But the truth is that there is very little that gets more emphasis in Scripture than the subject of finances. Our enemy, satan, uses this issue to divide the Church more than most other issues. The spirit of mammon is real and it is time for it to bow its knee to the King and Priest, Jesus Christ. When one studies the Word, there is no doubt about the fact that there will be a wealth exchange take place. Eccl. 2:26 and Proverbs 13:22 are just two supportive passages. Just how is this transfer going to take place and how is it going to be administered when it does? Now there is an administrative concern to be considered! In part, this is why RSAS is so very excited about this initiative of Ministers of Kingdom Finance.

MKF TESTIM0NIAL
In order to be certain that the spiritual witness Brother Ed and Pastor Jim received was accurate and relevant for this season, a prototype group was established under the spiritual covering of three church pastors. Each pastor, after prayer and conversation, selected members of their congregations to participate in the initial Ministers of Kingdom Finance prototype group. Over a period of five months, teaching, mentoring, and ministering was put into action. In every case, where the participants actively embraced the truths and acted upon them, personal and ministry increase came to the surface. As expected, the gains were growth in spiritual maturity, growth in relationships, growth in community and business influence and growth in finances. The anointing for change has impacted businesses and released a Christian influence.

FORMAT AND SERIES DESIGN

1. Christians, especially businesspersons and those that have financial anointing in their lives, will grasp and will act upon the revelation knowledge that their place of ministry is in the marketplace. The Christian needs to recognize this is a valid calling and it should be activated in their lives. They come to see themselves as a Minister of Kingdom Finance.
2. The Bible clearly teaches that there is the position of the King and the position of the Priest. In the equipping of the Minister of Kingdom Finance, it is taught and modeled that, in Christ Jesus, we are all Kings and Priests.  Formally trained ministers (Apostles, Prophets, Teachers, Evangelists and Pastors) should be partners with business persons, professionals, entrepreneurs, and others who work or touch the marketplace to accomplish the things of God. Thereby Kings and Priests are enabled to help fund the vision and purposes of God as it is revealed in order to take the territory where they have been established and beyond--to impact the culture for Jesus Christ.

CONCLUSION
It is our conviction at RSAS that if each person who is called to be a Minister of Kingdom Finance will be a witness in the marketplace and rightly submit to the man or woman of God placed over them, that wealth will come to fund the Gospel. We emphasize that the saving of souls is the ultimate goal and that this will be one of the major ways in which we will see the transfer of wealth from the world to the Just. It is the desire of RSAS to see Ministers of Kingdom Finance groups raised up across a territory for the obvious reason—to do our part to take our cities and region for Jesus. We clearly recognize that this is only one expression and assignment to the Church in these days for the manifestation of the Kingdom of God. Ministers of Kingdom Finance is very much a Kingdom focused experience.
