ABUSE PROTECTION
This workshop is listed first because it is the most sought after and needed information in the organizational community today. For the past 18 years, this issue, especially in the Christian community, has been the hottest subject for leaders--especially as it has to deal with children and the supervision of children. Abuse is an abomination in our society and must be aggressively addressed by every organization.

BASIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
This workshop addresses a tremendous need in the administrative area of most organizations. Improprieties exist at every level of leadership and in every size of organization. In 2002, financial misappropriation at the largest corporate levels was well documented in our society. Because of the nature of financial regulations and the obligations in both ministry and business, this workshop is designed to establish a strong foundation and give practical assistance immediately.

CORPORATE DESIGN
This workshop is specifically designed to the individual need of the Rock Solid Administrative Services client. The services included here are the most sought after RSAS offered. Any combination of the following elements (but not limited to) may be involved:

• Instruction and or development of Vision, Purpose, and Mission Statements for you organization.
• Learning how to incorporate the non-profit organization
• Establishing authoritative and organizational flow patterns

LEADERSHIP AND/OR TEAM DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
These workshops are tailor-made for the RSAS client. The purposes of the RSAS involvement with the client are clearly discussed in advance of contracting and scheduling. Formats may be evening, day-long, periodic meetings, or even weekend retreats. (The assessment workshops are outstanding in-service trainings for faculty and support staff in the educational system.) 

Rock Solid Administrative Services can help you develop your team - no matter your corporate design and no matter where on the corporate chart you want to focus.  Ministry and non-profit team development workshops are fully carried out through RSAS.  Business team development workshops, which operate in the for-profit sector, follow the same procedures, but are actually carried out through our marketplace partner Victory Corporate Consulting.  Our staff is intimately involved with both arenas.  No matter your organizational structure, we are capable of assisting you with team development
